Serbia: flexibility and good hygiene guidelines
This Guide was prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and implemented by the Center for Rural Development and Agriculture "Agrikultura".
The content, design and printing of the Guide were carried out as part of the project
"Improving Food Quality and Safety Standards in Serbia's Meat Sector”. The project
promotes a more efficient and integrated food production chain in the Republic of Serbia and the improvement of quality and safety measures in the production and processing within the meat sector. The project is part of the support and cooperation provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), co-financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and was implemented between April 2015 - December 2017.
